采用滤纸片扩散法对新疆阿魏、多伞阿魏和大果阿魏叶的浸提物和醇提物分别进行金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、八叠球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌研究。结果表明:3种阿魏提取物对大肠杆菌未体现出抑菌效果;3种阿魏叶的醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和八叠球菌均具有较好的抑菌效果,其中多伞阿魏的抑制作用最强;浸提物中新疆阿魏的抑制作用最弱,仅对金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的抑菌效果。在2种提取方法中,阿魏叶醇提液的抑菌能力大于浸提液。
Bacteriostasis of Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Sarcina sas and Escherichia coli were respectively studied using the filter paper diffusion method on the extracts and alcohol extracts from Xinjiang Wei, The results showed that the three kinds of ferulic extracts did not show antibacterial activity against E.coli. The three kinds of fermented extracts of Ferulicula australis had good bacteriostasis against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and Sarcina. Among them, the inhibitory effect of Euonymus japonicus is the strongest; the extract of Xinjiang is the weakest inhibitor of Aspergillus flavus, and only has a significant antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus. Among the two extraction methods, the antimicrobial activity of the extract of Awenei alcohol was greater than that of the extract.
