近年来随着国家加大对高等教育的支持力度,高职院校各方面也得到了迅猛发展。高职院校教师队伍的素质和专业水平得到社会的广泛关注。虽然近些年高职院校生物专业教师专业得到了长足发展,但仍存在专业意识不强、基础薄弱、学历水平低、教学能力、技能欠缺、实践能力差等问题,严重阻碍了教师的专业发展,也影响到学生的培养质量。本文针对上述问题,提出高职院校生物专业教师专业发展的提升对策,以用于指导实际工作。
In recent years, as countries have stepped up their support for higher education, all aspects of vocational colleges have also witnessed rapid development. The quality and professional level of teachers in higher vocational colleges have drawn wide attention from the society. Although in recent years the major of biology specialty teachers in vocational colleges has made great progress, there are still some problems such as weak professional awareness, weak foundation, low level of academic qualifications, lack of teaching ability, lack of skills and poor practicing ability, which seriously hinder the professional of teachers Development, but also affect the quality of student culture. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the professional development of biological majors in higher vocational colleges so as to guide the practical work.
