2011年中央一号文件《中共中央国务院关于加快水利改革发展的决定》于近期发布,制定和出台了一系列加快水利基础设施建设的新政策、新举措。未来10年将成为中国水利发展的黄金10年,其中大、中、小型水利基础设施建设将重点对卡车和多种专用汽车产生新的需求。
In 2011, the Central Government Document No.1 “Decision of the State Council on the CPC Central Committee on Accelerating the Development of Water Conservancy” was released recently and formulated and promulgated a series of new policies and measures to accelerate the construction of water conservancy infrastructure. The next 10 years will be the gold of China’s water development 10 years, of which large, medium and small water conservancy infrastructure construction will focus on truck and a variety of special-purpose vehicles to generate new demand.
