目的分析在疫苗接种告知和健康状况询问实施过程中存在的问题及今后应采取的有效措施。方法用全质量管理法对疫苗接种告知、健康状况询问的实施进行探讨。结果影响接种告知和健康状况询问实施的主要原因为:由于工作量等原因,未能每次均进行;接种人员对具体操作不清楚;接种人员对接种禁忌的理解不够到位等。改善措施有:从国家层面确定预防接种的基本理论和一般推荐、各种疫苗接种禁忌的基本判断标准和具体接种禁忌;高层次上统一相关格式、内容和操作流程;统一预防接种健康状况应询问的问题等。结论总质量管理中发现的5个可改善措施,对解决接种告知和健康状况询问中的问题有很强的现实意义,值得实施和落实。
Objective To analyze the problems in the implementation of vaccination notification and health status inquiry and the effective measures to be taken in the future. Methods The method of total quality management was used to discuss the implementation of vaccination notification and health inquiring. Results The main reasons for affecting the inoculation notification and health status inquiry were as follows: due to the workload and other reasons, it failed to be carried out every time; the inoculation personnel did not know the specific operation; and the vaccination personnel did not understand the taboo inoculation well enough. The measures for improvement are: to determine the basic theory and general recommendation of vaccination at national level, the basic criteria for the taboo of vaccination and the taboo of specific immunization; to unify relevant formats, contents and operational procedures at high level; to check the health status of unified vaccination The problem and so on. Conclusion The five measures of improvement found in the total quality management are of great practical significance for solving the problems in inoculation notification and health status inquiry and are worthy of implementation and implementation.
