入世在即 ,我国零售业将面临零售史上规模最大的革命 ,作为华南地区商品集散中心和经商重地的广州市零售业 ,由于其独特的地理位置和投资环境 ,入世后将成为吸引国外零售资本的焦点 ,将面临超乎商家预料的震动与冲击。因此 ,广州市零售业发展的应急对策需要认真研究。政府应加强对零售业发展的宏观引导 ,建立商场建设审议制度 ,调整零售结构 ;零售企业应实行强强联合 ,迅速壮大实力 ;走出家门 ,实行跨地区扩张 ;顺应经济全球化 ,开发新型零售业态
As China’s accession to the WTO is coming, China’s retail industry will face the biggest revolution in retail history. As a retail center in southern China and a retail hub in Guangzhou, it will become the focal point attracting foreign retail capital due to its unique geographic location and investment environment , Will face more than the expected shock and impact businesses. Therefore, the emergency measures for the development of Guangzhou retail industry need careful study. The government should strengthen the macroscopic guide to the development of retail industry, set up the review system of shopping malls and readjust the retail structure.
