目的对尿素瘤内注射治疗舌部血管瘤、血管畸形的疗效和安全性进行客观公正的评价。方法回顾性分析2001年1月至2011年1月在河南省人民医接受单纯性尿素注射治疗的256例舌部血管瘤、血管畸形患者,按照血管瘤、静脉血管畸形、淋巴管畸形进行分类,将尿素治疗效果进行分类评价。结果经6个月～6年随访,治愈121例(47.27%),基本治愈83例(32.42%)好转49例(19.14%),无效3例(1.17%),总有效率98.83%。按病变类别分类统计,血管瘤、静脉血管畸形及淋巴管畸形的治愈率和基本治愈率分别为100%、77.14%、57.14%。结论尿素治疗舌部血管瘤、血管畸形疗效高,疗程短,是一种简便、安全的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intratumoral injection of urea in the treatment of tongue hemangiomas and vascular malformations. Methods A retrospective analysis of 256 cases of tongue hemangioma and vascular malformation treated with simple urea injection from People’s Hospital of Henan Province from January 2001 to January 2011 was made according to the classification of hemangiomas, venous malformations and lymphatic malformations. The urea treatment effect classification evaluation. Results After 6 months to 6 years follow-up, 121 cases were cured (47.27%), 83 cases (32.42%) were cured basically, 49 cases (19.14%) were cured, 3 cases (1.17%) were ineffective and the total effective rate was 98.83%. According to the classification of lesions, the cure rates and basic cure rates of hemangiomas, venous malformations and lymphatic malformations were 100%, 77.14% and 57.14% respectively. Conclusion The treatment of tongue hemangioma, vascular malformations with high efficacy, short course of treatment, is a simple and safe treatment.
