本文对８６例长期单用氯氮平和氯丙嗪患者进行回顾性研究，结果发现：氯丙嗪对肝功能的损害（１８．６％）较氯氮平明显，而氯氮平引起白细胞的改变（１９．３％）较氯丙嗪明显。
In our retrospective study of 86 long-term patients receiving clozapine and chlorpromazine alone, we found that chlorpromazine impaired liver function (18.6%) compared to clozapine and clozapine caused a change in leukocyte (19.3%) than chlorpromazine significantly.
