乔店水库灌区渡槽是整个水库灌区的“瓶颈”式枢纽建筑物,灌区自1968年开发建设以来,经过四十多年的运行,灌渠特别是渡槽老化退化严重:出现渡槽内外壁碳化脱落,筋网裸露锈蚀;槽间伸缩缝止水材料失效;槽墩倾斜,致使渡槽端点不同程度的偏离轴线,濒临坠落等严重问题。每次农灌,跑、冒、滴、漏特别严重,供水越多,浪费越大。本文以乔店水库七节、五节渡槽维修加固为例,通过对此两处渡槽进行槽墩加固纠偏、伸缩缝填筑胶泥、渡槽内壁批抹助剂砂浆、渡槽外壁批抹防护涂料等措施确保了渡槽的正常运行,保障了乔店水库南干渠输水畅通,进而为乔店水库整个灌区经济和社会可持续发展提供水资源保障。
