各市、县(市、区)人民政府,省政府直属各单位: 近年来,通过全省上下的共同努力,我省安全生产工作取得了一定成效。但是,全省安全生产形势依然严峻,事故死亡人数居高不下,重特大事故时有发生,一些行业和领域事故隐患不同程度地存在,安全生产工作基础较为薄弱,安全生产责任制在一些地方和生产经营单位还没有真正落到实处,安全生产监管工作亟待加强。为进一步加强安全生产工作,保障人民群众生命财产安全,促进科学、安全发展,现就有关事项通知如下。

In order to further strengthen work safety and ensure people’s lives and property safety and promote scientific and safe development, we hereby notify you of the relevant issues as follows.
