第一条为加强对国际货物运输代理业的管理,根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》(以下简称《外贸法》)和《中华人民共和国国际货物运输代理业管理规定》的有关规定,制订本办法。第二条凡经国家工商行政管理部门依法注册登记的国际货物运输代理企业及其分支机构(以下简称国际货代企业),应当向商务部或商务部委托的机构办理备案。
