本文报告20例先心患者经静脉右心房调搏窦房结电生理学检查结果,与文献报道的正常值相近;提示先心患者的心脏畸形一般不影响窦房结,紫绀型先心患者的缺氧对窦房结功能影响不大。
This article reports 20 cases of patients with congenital heart beating right ventricle through the right sinus atrial electrophysiological examination results, and reported in the literature similar to normal; suggesting that patients with congenital heart malformations generally does not affect the sinus node, cyanotic congenital heart disease patients lack Oxygen on the sinus node function is not affected.
