泪小管断裂是较常见的眼附属器外伤,应准确及时修复。否则,会造成终生流泪的后遗症。我院近年共收治7例泪小管断裂患者,应用硬膜外麻醉塑料管做支撑物吻合泪小管,收到了较好的疗效。报告如下。7例患者均为男性,年龄20～48岁,平均31.9岁。外伤原因故意伤害5人为拳或棍棒击伤,意外伤2人,为摔伤和树枝扎伤。有4例伤后3～12天已做过皮肤缝合处理。3例为伤后24小时以内的新鲜创口未处理、7例下泪小管断端距泪点2～7mm。 Tear tubule rupture is the more common eye appendage trauma, should be accurate and timely repair. The report is as follows. All 7 patients were male, aged from 20 to 48 years, with an average of 31.9 years. Injuries were deliberately injured 5 people injured in fists or sticks, 2 were accidental injuries, broken wounds and branches. There are 4 cases of skin suture treatment done 3 to 12 days after injury. Three cases were fresh wounds within 24 hours after injury untreated, 7 cases of tears from the punctate punctate tear 2 ~ 7mm.
