在食品安全检测当中,需要对磺胺类药物(SAs)的残留做出快速准确的测定。利用磺胺类药物可以在一定电位下发生电聚合氧化反应的原理,基于玻碳电极,建立了一种快速检测磺胺药物的电化学方法。结果表明,磺胺在玻碳电极上的氧化聚合电位为1.085 V,氧化峰电流与磺胺浓度在7.0×10-6~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.997,检测下限为1.0×10-6 mol/L。同时,还对p H、富集方式和富集时间进行了研究。
