CPC3型叉车的液压阀体铸件,原为HT30—54铸铁。由于壁较厚,机械加工后,经常发现铸件的结晶组织疏松,铸件废品率很高。灰铸铁的液压阀体,加压到950~1000kg/cm~2时,就开裂渗漏。改用蠕虫状石墨铸铁阀体,加压到1100~1400kg/cm~2时,消除了结晶组织疏松,大大降低了铸件的废品率。一、阀体铸造工艺蠕虫状石墨铸铁的铸造工艺与普通灰铸铁基本相同,工艺方法与装备不需改变。只是前者收缩稍大,需适当加大冒口尺寸,且铁水在
