徐立清,是177位开国中将之一,安徽金寨人,1910年出生,1929年参加工农红军,担任过红四方面军红四军政治部主任,并随红四方面军参加长征;抗战时期曾担任八路军129师政治部组织部长;解放战争时期,曾担任西北野战军第六纵队政委、第一野战军一兵团政委。新中国成立后,徐立清将军先后担任中国人民解放军总干部部部长、总政治部副主任、济南军区和成都军区政委。1983年病逝于北京。1955年授衔之时,徐立清主动要求不授上将军衔,在军内传为佳话。本文作者张贤约,也是开国中将,安徽金寨人,他回忆了解放战争时期在西北野战军与徐立清共同征战的往事。
Xu Liqing, one of the 177 founding liens of Anhui Jinzhai, was born in 1910 and joined the Workers ’and Peasants’ Red Army in 1929 as director of the Political Department of the Red Fourth Army in the Red Fourth Army. He participated in the Long March with the Fourth Red Army. During the war, Eighth Route Army 129 division political department organization minister; Liberation War, served as the sixth column of the Northwest Field Army Political Commissar, the First Field Army Corps political commissar. After the founding of New China, General Xu Liqing served successively as minister of the Chinese Communist Party (PLA), general manager of the PLA General Political Department, deputy director of the Jinan Military Region and Chengdu Military Region Political Commissar. Died in 1983 in Beijing. When the title was awarded in 1955, Xu Liqing volunteered not to grant the rank of general to the army, which is a fair story in the military. The author Zhang Xiangyou, also a founding lieutenant, Jinzhai, Anhui Province, he recalled the liberation war in the Northwest Field Army and Xu Liqing together campaign.
