为探讨正常妊娠时不同阶段母体免疫调节系统的变化规律,我们对30例正常未孕妇女及早、中、晚孕妇女各15例进行了红细胞免疫功能的初步研究,结果表明正常妊娠时红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bR)相对低下,红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)显著增高,特别是在早中孕期,以清除增多的免疫复合物,保护母胎以利于正常妊娠的进行。
To investigate the changes of maternal immune regulatory system in different stages of normal pregnancy, we studied the immune function of erythrocytes in 30 normal pregnant women, including 15 cases of early, middle and late pregnant women. The results showed that erythrocyte C3b Relatively low body rosette rate (RBC-C3bR), erythrocyte immune complex rosette ratio (RBC-ICR) was significantly increased, especially in early pregnancy, in order to clear out the increased immune complexes to protect the mother’s fetus in order to facilitate the normal pregnancy.
