病历摘要 患者,男,44岁,已婚。因面容粗陋,肢端肥大8年;多饮多尿5年于1084年10月第3次住北京军区总医院。患者于1976年开始逐渐出现手足肥大,多汗,思睡,性功能减退至阳萎,但无泌乳及视力视野改变。1979年出现多饮,多尿、多食,当时空腹血糖470～900mg/dl,尿糖~(++++),尿酮体阴性。按糖尿病予以D_(800)和降糖灵治疗,临床“三多”症状一度改善,血糖降至正常,尿糖消失。1980年2月“三多”症状再现,并有特殊面容,手足肥大,血糖250～310mg/dl,T_46.0pg/dl,血磷4.1mg/dl,生长激素(GH)基础值18ng/
