本文介绍了目前国内、外大功率CO_2激光器的光路系统、荒田聚焦系统以及并联光路的叠加系统。研究了12只CO_2激光管并联叠加光路系统以及两次聚缩光路系统,改善了12束激光束的聚焦输出。
This paper introduces the optical system of the current domestic and foreign high-power CO2 lasers, the focusing system of the barren field and the superposition system of parallel optical paths. Twelve CO 2 laser tubes were studied in parallel with the optical system and two converging optical systems to improve the focusing output of 12 laser beams.
