本文介绍笔者以梨状孔进路代替鼻侧切开进路,作了鼻腔与鼻窦的良性肿物切除及部份恶性肿物的切除术。本术式有出血少、易掌握不影响面容等优点。
This article describes the author of pear-shaped hole instead of nasal approach into the road, made the nasal and sinus benign tumor resection and partial resection of malignant tumor. This technique has less bleeding, easy to grasp does not affect the face and so on.
