一、重庆市各级党政积极为农民健康办实事市初保委员会和市卫生局筹备会议,经过一个多月的筹备出台了中共重庆市委、市人民政府《关于加强农村卫生工作的通知》7号文件,制定了为增进农民健康办实事的地方政策,于1991年四月初市政府召开了有区县长、市初保委成员单位领导(市计委、经委、农委,市委宣传部、市财政局等部门)
I. The Party and government at all levels in Chongqing actively implemented a preparatory meeting for the peasants’ health and the Municipal Primary Health Insurance Committee and the Municipal Health Bureau. After more than a month of preparations, the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal People’s Government issued the “Notice on Strengthening Rural Health Work”7. No. 1 document formulated a local policy for improving the health of peasants. In early April 1991, the municipal government convened the leaders of the district and county magistrates and members of the municipal primary insurance committee (the municipal planning commission, the economic commission, the agriculture commission, and the municipal propaganda department, Municipal Finance Bureau and other departments)
