针对山生柳3种不同无性繁殖技术,利用灰色系统关联度分析方法对其进行了计算分析,结果表明:无性繁殖技术观测指标间的关联度大小依次为:保存率>主根长度>茎粗>株高>一级分枝数量>地上生物量鲜质量>侧根数量;3种不同处理的关联度大小依次为:硬枝扦插>嫩枝扦插>根插。主根长度、茎粗和株高3个观测指标是影响山生柳无性繁殖成活率的主要指标因子,硬枝扦插处理是山生柳在高寒区最适合的快繁技术。
The results showed that the correlation degree of the observed indexes of asexual reproduction was as follows: preservation rate> main root length> stem diameter> Plant height> number of primary branches> fresh weight of aboveground biomass> number of lateral roots. The correlation degree of three kinds of treatments was: hardwood cutting> softwood cutting> rooting. The main indexes of length, stem diameter and plant height of main roots were the main index factors that affected the survival rate of asexual yam, and the hardwood cutting treatment was the most suitable and rapid propagation technique in the alpine area.
