目前我国很多工厂对于键槽对称度的检测多属被动测量,不能有效地、主动地控制产品质量,为此,我们研究开发了新型保证键槽对称度的装置,经实际使用证明,效果良好。一、结构原理及使用调整办法如图1所示,该保证装置由模拟被测轴线的心轴(模拟刀具) 和模拟基准轴线的定位V型块两部分组成,通过调整其相对位置就可保证对称度误差控制在允许范围内。其使用调整方法如下: 1.将模拟刀具——心轴安装在立式铣床主轴
