设计师采用粗犷与细致相结合的设计理念,展开整体规划的设计呈现。并依据住宅大面积窗景的建筑条件,重新构思契合生活使用的格局,将窗外的都市景观映入眼帘,更带来室内充裕的自然光源,并以连贯的动线安排赋予公共空间和私密空间多样面貌。住宅位于台北市中心的精华区段。交予设计师时是未经任何装修的毛坯房,设计师保留原有的毛坯水泥屋顶,墙面使用水泥粉光,再配以灰木地板,创造出水泥天花板的天然延续。
