为研究和掌握妇女青春期月经情况,为进一步搞好妇女青春期保健和生理卫生教育提供可靠依据我所于1989年5月对该区城乡各三所中学1304名在校女生进行了月经情况调查。在1304名女生中有1204名月经已来潮占92.33%。初潮年龄最小为10岁,最大为16岁,平均初潮年龄农村13.76岁,城市13.26岁。母亲月经初潮年龄最小为10岁,最大为21岁,平均初潮年龄为农村16.1岁岁,城市15.36岁。痛经占33.31%,月经失调占17 94%。
In order to study and grasp the situation of women’s pubertal menstruation and provide a reliable basis for further adolescent health and physical health education for women, I conducted a menstrual survey on 1,304 school girls in three secondary schools in urban and rural areas in May 1989. Of 1304 girls, 1204 had a wave of menstrual cramps accounting for 92.33%. The minimum menarche age is 10 years old, the maximum is 16 years old, average menarche age 13.76 years old in rural areas, urban 13.26 years old. The youngest age of maternal menarche is 10 years old, the maximum is 21 years old, average menarche age is 16.1 years old in rural areas, the city 15.36 years old. Dysmenorrhea accounted for 33.31%, menstrual disorders accounted for 17 94%.
