本文运用对立统一的观点,分析了影响16Mn钢质量的各种因素,认为16Mn钢的机械性能同化学成分、工艺条件之间的关系是互相联系又互相制约的相关关系。同时介绍了用数理统计中的回归分析法研究这种相关关系的方法和经验公式。
This paper analyzes the various factors affecting the quality of 16Mn steel by using the unity of opposites. It is concluded that the relationship between the mechanical properties of 16Mn steel and the chemical composition and process conditions are interrelated and mutually restrictive. At the same time, the method and empirical formula to study this kind of correlation by using regression analysis in mathematical statistics are introduced.
