鳞状细胞癌是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤,早期诊断对于其治疗及预后都有重要意义。基因改变是恶性肿瘤发生的基础,比较基因组杂交技术可以较有效地检测实体肿瘤的基因异常,有望成为一种重要的分子诊断手段。
Squamous cell carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of the head and neck. Early diagnosis is of great significance for its treatment and prognosis. Gene mutation is the basis of malignant tumor. Comparing with genomic hybridization technique, it can detect the gene abnormality of solid tumor more effectively and is expected to become an important molecular diagnostic tool.
