如今高校当中,大学生党员一直作为同学们的榜样起着积极向上的作用,他们利用自己的闪光点发挥着党员的先锋模范作用,并且大学生党员始终是各个高校当中先进分子的主要力量,因为他们在高校党组织和青年学生之间担任的是紧密的桥梁角色。高校学生党员不仅仅要发挥先锋模范作用,也要发挥学生党支部的作用,充分发挥罗森塔尔效应,调动他们的积极性、主动和创造性,从而为更多高校学生做出榜样,给他们提供一个更好的平台【1】。
