陈淮,中国人民大学博士,现任建设部政策研究中心主任。长期以来,陈淮对中国房地产市场的发展给予高度关注,先后就中国住房制度保障机制、现代企业制度建设、房地产税收制度改革等发表大量切实可行的观点,国家实施宏观调控政策以来,陈淮先生先后发表了很多文章和专访,对房地产产业的健康、快速、稳步发展,起到非常积极的推动作用。本刊记者日前就房地产市场未来的发展访问了他。
