通过利用变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)分析油藏采出液中微生物群落的16S rDNA V9区组成,从而描绘出随时间梯度变化的微生物群落组成及数量的曲线,由此来确定油藏中外源菌和内源菌各自的比例变化。通过与油井产量的结合分析,确定27-15井主要是利用外源菌激活内源菌提高油井产量,从而建立了一套根据地层中微生物和油井产量动态变化来确定补注时机和方式的方法,为今后微生物采油技术的推广应用提供了技术支持。
By using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) to analyze the composition of 16S rDNA V9 in the microbial community in the oil recovery fluid, the curve of composition and quantity of microbial community with time gradient was plotted to determine the exogenous Changes in the ratio of bacteria and endogenous bacteria.
