目的探讨唾液淀粉酶(sAA)活性、流率和pH值以及sAA活性与流率相关性的性别差异。方法采集105名健康志愿者酸刺激前后的唾液标本,测定其sAA活性、流率和pH值,分析sAA活性和流率的相关性,比较唾液测定指标之间的性别差异。结果柠檬酸刺激能增加sAA活性、流率和pH值,其中以流率增加最大(P<0.01);sAA活性、流率和pH值在酸刺激前后以及对刺激的反应(前后的差值)都不存在性别差异;女性在酸刺激前后sAA活性和流率之间以及sAA活性差值和流率差值之间都存在正相关(P<0.05),并且相关系数相对稳定;男性只在酸刺激后的sAA活性和流率之间表现正相关(P<0.01)。结论 sAA活性、流率和pH值在基础和应激状态下都没有性别差异,但是sAA活性和流率之间的相关性存在一定的性别差异。
Objective To investigate the gender differences of salivary amylase (sAA) activity, flow rate and pH, sAA activity and flow rate. Methods Totally 105 saliva samples of healthy volunteers before and after acid stimulation were collected and their sAA activity, flow rate and pH value were measured. The correlation between sAA activity and flow rate was analyzed. The gender differences in salivary index were compared. RESULTS: Citric acid stimulation increased sAA activity, flow rate and pH, with the largest increase in flow rate (P <0.01); sAA activity, flow rate and pH before and after acid stimulation and response to stimulation (difference before and after) There was no gender difference. There was a positive correlation between sAA activity and flow rate and difference of sAA activity and flow rate before and after acid stimulation (P <0.05), and the correlation coefficient was relatively stable. Only male There was a positive correlation between sAA activity and flow rate after stimulation (P <0.01). Conclusions sAA activity, flow rate and pH value have no gender difference in basal and stress conditions, but there is a gender difference in the correlation between sAA activity and flow rate.
