目的掌握地震灾害后灾区生活饮用水的水质卫生状况,为预防介水传染病,确保大灾之后无大疫,保障生活饮用水安全提供科学依据。方法对地震灾区的水源进行调查、开展生活饮用水的水源保护、水质消毒与卫生监测评价,提出灾后饮水卫生指导意见。结果地震灾区生活饮用水的水质卫生合格率为63.41%,其中山涧水合格率为75.00%、井水合格率为57.14%、末梢水合格率为61.54%。不合格项目为余氯、浑浊度、总大肠菌群、大肠埃希菌、氨氮等指标。结论地震灾区需要加强饮用水源保护,严格水质消毒,确保生活饮用水安全卫生。
Objective To understand the sanitary status of drinking water in post-earthquake disaster-stricken areas and provide a scientific basis for prevention of water-borne diseases and ensuring no major epidemic after the disaster and ensuring the safety of domestic drinking water. Methods The water sources in the quake-hit areas were investigated, and the water source protection, water quality disinfection and hygienic monitoring and evaluation of domestic drinking water were carried out. Guidance on drinking water hygiene was put forward. Results The sanitary qualification rate of drinking water in the quake-stricken area was 63.41%. The passing rate of mountain stream water was 75.00%, the passing rate of well water was 57.14% and the passing rate of terminal water was 61.54%. Unqualified items for residual chlorine, turbidity, total coliform bacteria, Escherichia coli, ammonia nitrogen and other indicators. Conclusion The need to strengthen the protection of drinking water sources in the earthquake-stricken areas, strict water quality disinfection, to ensure the safety of drinking water.
