通过对高校不同类型用户的文献信息需求的调查分析,探讨了高校用户对文献信息及其服务的共性需求和特性需求,并提出了一些相应的建议和对策。
Through the investigation and analysis of the literature information needs of different types of users in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the common needs and characteristics of the users of literature and information services in colleges and universities, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
