目的:对链荚豆进行鉴别研究。方法:采用显微鉴别法对链荚豆的根、茎、叶及其粉末进行观察研究。结果:根次生皮层较窄,排列疏松,裂隙较多,较大。射线明显,宽窄不一,由中心一直延伸到次生皮层,于韧皮部处呈喇叭状,无髓部;茎韧皮部见大量晶体,髓细胞含大量淀粉粒;叶横切面可见两个维管束,一小一大上下排列,叶下表皮可见两种非腺毛,大者表面有疣状突起,小者表面光滑;粉末中多见晶鞘纤维和分枝状纤维。结论:该鉴别特征可为链荚豆的生药鉴定提供参考依据。
