本文用目前世界上广泛用于阿片类药物依赖脱毒治疗的经典药物美沙酮作对照，观察总结了复方克痛宁片对海洛因依赖３０例的脱毒治疗效果。结果显示复方克痛宁片对海洛因依赖戒断症状的控制效果较好，症状评分（ＯＷＳ）与美沙酮组比较无显著性差异（ｐ＞０．０５），无明显依赖性，副作用轻，无呼吸抑制，不产生欣快效应及缩瞳、便秘等。是一个在脱毒治疗和康复方面具有较好研究前景的药物。
In this paper, the world’s widely used drugs for opiate dependence on detoxification of the classic drug methadone control, observed and summarized the compound Ke Tong Ning film on heroin dependence in 30 cases of detoxification treatment. The results showed that Fufangtongning Tablet had better control effect on heroin withdrawal symptoms, and there was no significant difference (P0.05) between symptom score (OWS) and methadone group, no obvious dependence, mild side effects and no respiration Inhibition, does not produce euphoria and miosis, constipation and so on. Is a drug that has good research prospects in virus-free treatment and rehabilitation.
