建筑产品与一般工业产品不同,有其特殊的供给与需求关系,其价格机制的调节是单向型的。目前建筑产品价格存在若干负调节现象。从正确发挥价格机制作用出发,建筑产品的价格不应急于完全放开,价格形成机制应取模拟价值型,指导价应以平均资金利润率计算的生产价格为基础,发挥价格的“收入调节器”功能,并加强完善配套改革措施。
