目的了解某乳化炸药生产线存在的主要职业危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测和职业健康检查进行综合评价。结果该生产线主要存在珍珠岩尘、硝酸氨尘、氮氧化物、氨、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、噪声、高温、热辐射等,现场检测各种化学性有毒物质均符合国家标准限值。结论该项目职业病危害的防护措施可行、有效。
Objective To understand the main occupational hazards that exist in an emulsion explosive production line and provide evidence for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods Occupational hygiene survey, field occupational hazards in the workplace and occupational health examination were conducted to make a comprehensive evaluation. Results The main presence of the production line perlite dust, ammonia nitrate, nitrogen oxides, ammonia, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, noise, high temperature, heat radiation, on-site detection of various chemical toxic substances are in line with national standards limit. Conclusion The protective measures against occupational hazards in this project are feasible and effective.
