研制了一种具有谐波治理和无功补偿连续可调功能的并联型高电能质量调节装置,该装置主电路由晶闸管控制电抗器(thyristor controlled reactors,TCR)和谐振阻抗型混合有源滤波器(resonant impedance type hybrid active filter,RITHAF)组成。RITHAF无源部分PF(passive filters)提供固定容性无功,而TCR提供可调感性无功,二者结合相当于典型的静止无功补偿器;对于谐波治理,RITHAF起到有源滤波器的作用,由此可提高电网电能质量和功率因数。文章在分析该装置结构的基础上,推导了谐波域和基波域的模型,并对该装置运行时的控制方法进行了研究,模型推导和仿真及实验结果证明了该装置的有效性。
A parallel high power quality regulator with harmonic control and reactive power compensation is developed. The main circuit of the device is composed of thyristor reactors (TCR) and resonant impedance hybrid active power filter (resonant impedance type hybrid active filter, RITHAF) composition. The RITHAF passive filters provide fixed capacitive reactive power while the TCR provides adjustable inductive reactive power. The combination of the two is equivalent to a typical static var compensator; for harmonic management, RITHAF acts as an active filter The role, which can improve grid power quality and power factor. Based on the analysis of the structure of the device, the article deduces the model of the harmonic region and the fundamental wave domain, and studies the control method of the device in operation. The model derivation and simulation and experimental results prove the effectiveness of the device.
