以15个杏鲍菇生产菌株为试材,采用ISSR分子标记鉴别方法,从52个ISSR通用引物中筛选出32个ISSR引物对其DNA进行PCR扩增,分析其DNA序列多态性;同时,比较研究了各菌株的菌丝长势及产量情况。结果表明:菌丝生长速度和产量没有表现出各类群的特点,杏鲍菇的菌丝生长速度和产量比较易受环境条件和基因显隐性的影响;参试菌株遗传相似系数变异范围为0.64~0.98,采用UPGMA分析表明,在0.87处15个杏鲍菇菌株可分为5类。
Fifteen strains of Pleurotus eryngii were used as experimental material. 32 ISSR primers were screened out from 52 ISSR primers to amplify their DNA using ISSR molecular marker, and their DNA sequence polymorphisms were analyzed. At the same time, The hyphal growth and yield of each strain were compared. The results showed that the mycelial growth rate and yield did not show the characteristics of various groups. The mycelial growth rate and yield of Pleurotus eryngii were more susceptible to environmental conditions and gene recessiveness. The genetic similarity coefficient of the tested strains ranged from 0.64 ~ 0.98, UPGMA analysis showed that at 0.87 15 Pleurotus eryngii strains can be divided into five categories.
