Objective To investigate the role of Ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) and CD105 (CD105) in vulvar carcinogenesis. Methods 30 cases of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma, 30 cases of vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia and 30 cases of vulvar normal epidermis were selected and studied by immunohistochemistry. To analyze the clinicopathological features of ODC and CD105 expression and vulvar squamous cell carcinoma. Results The positive rates of ODC and CD105 in normal vulva tissue were significantly lower than those in vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia and vulvar squamous cell carcinoma, while the positive rates in ODC were significantly lower than those in vulvar squamous cell carcinoma Significant statistical significance (P <0.01), ODC was closely related to cell differentiation (P <0.05), CD105 was closely related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion ODC and CD105 are of great significance in the occurrence and development of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma.
