化学镀是对金属表面进行非晶态处理的一种新工艺,从理论到工艺都处在发展与完善的阶段,而利用功率超声在室温下进行化学镀从理论到实践都是前所未有的。本文以热力学及物理化学为基础对超声化学镀的机理进行了一些实验及理论上的探讨,提出了声活化的观点,并通过对钢表面的不同方法得到的镀层形貌的对比得到了初步实验验证。
Electroless plating is a new process of amorphous treatment on the metal surface, from theory to technology are in the development and improvement stage, and the use of power ultrasonic at room temperature for electroless plating from theory to practice are unprecedented. In this paper, based on thermodynamics and physical chemistry, some experimental and theoretical studies on the mechanism of ultrasonic electroless plating have been carried out. The viewpoint of acoustic activation has been put forward and preliminary experiments have been carried out by comparing the morphology of coatings obtained by different methods on the steel surface verification.
