高一学生是经过中考的选拔而升学的,知识基础和智力发展水平,相对而言比较好,群体也是较整齐的。但入学后不久常出现较大的波动:一些原来入学成绩较好的学生成绩有明显下降的趋势,而另一些入学成绩中下的学生却逐步赶上来。造成成绩升降较大的一个重要原因,是由于非智力因素的影响。正确的动机、浓厚的兴趣、坚强的意志、独立自主的性格、良好的学习习惯等,能促进学生学习成绩的上升,反之,则使成绩下降。在高一数学教学中,注重学生的非智力因素的培养,有利于数学教学质量的提高。
Students in high school are selected through entrance exams and go to school. The knowledge base and level of intellectual development are comparatively good, and the groups are relatively neat. However, there is a tendency to fluctuate relatively soon after enrollment: some students who used to be better enrolled in school had a marked decline in their grades, while others who graduated lower in enrollment were gradually catching up. An important reason for the large drop in performance is due to non-intellectual factors. Correct motivation, strong interest, strong will, independent character, good study habits and so on, can promote the student's study result to rise, on the contrary, causes the result to drop. In high mathematics teaching, focusing on the cultivation of non-intelligence factors of students is conducive to improving the quality of mathematics teaching.
