作为精密仪器的时栅传感器在投入使用前必须对他进行标定,而目前的传统标定方法是人工参与的半自动标定系统,实验员在其中作为反馈环节进行测量。随着时栅产业化进行的推进,原有的标定系统应该得到改进。为此,通过加入步进电机和LabVIEW软件操作平台将原来基于激光干涉仪的时栅传感器半自动标定系统改进为全自动标定系统。
The time-grating sensor, as a precision instrument, must be calibrated before it can be put into use. At present, the traditional calibration method is a manual semi-automatic calibration system, in which the experimenter measures it as a feedback part. With the industrialization of the grid progressed, the original calibration system should be improved. To this end, the semi-automatic calibration system of time-grating sensor based on laser interferometer is improved to a fully automatic calibration system by adding stepper motor and LabVIEW software operating platform.
