侦查是一个法律程序,同时也是一个认识人的过程。寻找、分析、锁定特定的人,是破案的关键,也是真正体现侦查人员素质、智慧与价值的过程。侦查人员必须借助科学合理的思维方法,正确认识人与罪之关系,分析把握特定人与特定罪之间可能存在的各种中间联系,才能找到最终要找的犯罪嫌疑人。同时,正确认识了人,也就能够提高侦查效率,对促进侦查程序和刑事诉讼程序的公正行使具有积极的作用。
Investigation is a legal process, but also a process of understanding people. Finding, analyzing and locking specific people is the key to solve the case and also the process of truly reflecting the quality, intelligence and value of investigators. Investigators must use the scientific and rational way of thinking, correctly understand the relationship between man and sin, and analyze and grasp the possible inter-relationship between the specific person and the specific sin in order to find the ultimate suspect to be found. At the same time, a correct understanding of people can improve the efficiency of investigation and play an active role in promoting the fair exercise of investigation procedures and criminal procedure.
