目的了解近2年国际上艾滋病公共卫生领域的研究热点。方法本研究以2013-01-01/2015-05-31发表的,被Pub Med收录的,艾滋病公共卫生领域的论文为统计来源,提取出49个高频主题词,利用BICOMB软件得到高频主题词共词矩阵,在此基础上利用SPSS 20.0进行聚类分析和多维尺度分析。综合以上2种分析方法并结合文献进行归纳,得出艾滋病公共卫生领域近2年的热点研究领域。结果艾滋病公共卫生领域近两年的研究热点包括:艾滋病歧视与接受健康服务、艾滋病高危人群的高危性行为、艾滋病合并感染、艾滋病抗病毒治疗与机会性感染这4个方面。结论共词分析技术能较好的发现艾滋病公共卫生领域的研究热点。
Objective To understand the research hotspot in the field of public health of AIDS in the past two years. Methods The papers published by Pub Med from January 2013 to January 2015 on 2015-05 were collected from public health departments of AIDS, and 49 high-frequency keywords were extracted and high-frequency themes were obtained using BICOMB software Word co-word matrix, on the basis of the use of SPSS 20.0 cluster analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis. Based on the above two kinds of analysis methods combined with the literature, we draw the hot research fields in the field of public health of AIDS for nearly two years. Results In recent two years, the public health research areas of AIDS include: HIV / AIDS discrimination and health services, high-risk sexual behaviors among HIV-positive people, AIDS-related infections, HIV antiviral therapy and opportunistic infections. Conclusion Co-word analysis technology can better find the research hotspot in the field of AIDS public health.
