(一)安徽地區第二年治淮中團的工作,在各級黨委及上級團委領導下,在各級政治機關的指導及各有關部門的配合與支持下,在團的幹部和廣大團員的忠實積極努力下,獲得了此以往更大的成績。團的組織,在每一時期每一運動中,都發揮了積極的忠實的助手作用。同時在偉大的治淮勞動舆各種實際鬥爭中充實與提高了團的組織戰鬥力。但團的工作還存在缺點,今冬明春必須在黨的領導下,切實地貫徹‘青年團中央第三次全體會議關於當前工作問題的决議的精神’,將治淮中團的工作做出更加顯著的成績。
