编辑同志: 近年来,一些农村卫生机构忽视儿童预防接种工作,以致麻疹、流脑、百日咳、小儿麻痹症等传染病的局部流行时有发生。笔者三月中旬在苏北某地的一次预防医学与传染病学术活动中了解到,有三个县从去年五月到今年三月,分别发生了部分大队的麻疹局部流行,据防疫部门调查,麻疹患儿中未接种过麻疹预防疫苗的,竟占发病总数的83～92％。例如,某大队今年头两个月发生93例麻疹,其中无疫苗接种史的就有89例。
Editorial Comrades: In recent years, some rural health agencies have neglected their child vaccination efforts, causing localized epidemics of infectious diseases such as measles, meningitis, whooping cough and polio. In mid-March of this year, the author learned in a preventive medicine and infectious disease academic activity in a certain place in northern Jiangsu that there were three batches of measles epidemic in some of the three batches since May last year to March this year. According to the investigation by the epidemic prevention department, Children have not been vaccinated against measles vaccine, actually accounted for 83% of the total incidence of 92%. For example, a total of 93 measles cases occurred in the first two months of this year in a brigade, of whom 89 were vaccinated without vaccination.
