The 9th Congress of IOPC FUND was held at its headquarters in London from October 22 to October 24, 1986. There were 23 Contracting Parties to the 1971 Fund Convention attending the current session, and 11 non-parties (including my own country) and 9 international organizations were represented by observers. During the three-day meeting, representatives of various countries conscientiously reviewed various issues and made decisions on some important issues.
