本文阐述了高职学生开展职业生涯规划的意义及学生自我管理基本理论,分析高职学生开展职业生涯规划教育的现状及重要性题,通过调研进一步理清职业生涯规划教育与学生自我管理能力提升的内在关系,并以广东省外语艺术职业学院学前教育系为例,开展学生职业生涯规划教育实践研究,开展高职生职业生涯规划教育,提升学生自我管理能力的路径探索。
This article expatiates the significance of vocational career planning and the basic theory of student self-management, analyzes the present situation and importance of career planning education for vocational students, and further clarifies the career planning education and the improvement of students’ self- And take the pre-school education department of Guangdong Foreign Language Arts Vocational College as an example to carry out the career planning education practice research of students, carry out vocational career planning education of higher vocational students and explore the path of self-management of students.
