本文报告采用灼贴法修补鼓膜穿孔91耳,其中统计资料完整的57耳,用声阻抗测听观察了此法修补鼓膜穿孔术后的鼓室功能情况。57耳术后语频气导平均提高12BB,最高为33dB。50耳语频气导恢复至≤30dB,57耳语频气骨导间距≤10dB。声顺值在0.3~1.2ml者45耳,0.1~0.29ml者8耳,1.2ml以上者4耳。鼓室压在±49dapa之间者40耳,-50~-294dapa之间者17耳。鼓室压图A型32耳,A_S型6耳,A_D型5耳,B型8耳,C型6耳。50耳传导性耳聋声反射全部引出,7耳声反射未引出术前为混合性耳聋。
This article reports the use of burning method to repair tympanic membrane perforation 91 ears, of which 57 complete statistical data, with acoustic impedance audiometry observed this method to repair tympanic membrane tympanic membrane function after perforation. 57 postoperative otolaryngology air conduction increased by an average of 12BB, up to 33dB. 50 whispering frequency guide to restore to ≤ 30dB, 57 whisper frequency bone conduction spacing ≤ 10dB. Sound compliance in 0.3 ~ 1.2ml 45 ears, 0.1 ~ 0.29ml 8 ears, 1.2ml above 4 ears. Tympanic pressure in the ± 49dapa between 40 ears, -50 ~ -294dapa between 17 ears. Tympanogram A type 32 ears, A_S type 6 ears, A_D type 5 ears, B type 8 ears, C type 6 ears. 50 ear conductive deafness all lead to acoustic reflex, 7 auricular reflex did not lead to preoperative mixed deafness.
