作者以 Limberg 皮瓣为基础,设计出一种方法既简单又较为实用的菱形皮瓣,其效果优于 Limberg 及 Dufourmentel 等皮瓣。皮瓣设计附图中 ABCD 表示菱形皮肤缺损区,CDXY 代表本皮瓣设计点。使 CD 线延伸到 E 点,并使 ED=AD。弧线 EF 是以 ED 为半径所作圆的一部份。AF 及 BG 四点是对称的。弧线 EF 中的 X 点代表皮瓣的顶点,此点要根据缺损旁区的皮肤张力而定,如 S 区的皮肤向前推移到 B'点,则在弧线中的 X 点就向 E 点靠近(如 AB'C 为直线则 X 与 E 重迭—译者)。相反,如 S 区张力大,则 X 点即向 F 点靠近。
Based on the Limberg flap, the authors devised a simple and practical diamond flap that outperforms flaps such as Limberg and Dufourmentel.
